Hi Mountain Seasonings Italian Sausage kit makes it easy to make it homemade sausage, your way - with beef, wild game, pork or poultry. Each kit seasons up to 30 lbs. of meat, three lbs. at a time if you choose.

Kit Includes two 4.2 oz. packets of Hi Mountain cure, two 4.8 oz. seasoning packets, one pack of natural hog casings and detailed instructions.

Ingredients:
Salt, spices (including fennel, red pepper, anise), monosodium glutamate, paprika, sugar, spice extractives and extractives of paprika (color). Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.

Bulk size seasons up to 250 lbs. of meat. Please note that cure and casings are not included with the bulk size and must be purchased separately - you can buy bulk seasonings, bulk cure and casings here.
