No nitrates or MSG means your hot dogs are healthy with no additives. Serve them with pride at your next cookout. Make up to 23 lbs. at a time or only 1 lb. if you wish.
Kit Includes one 4.2 oz. packet of Hi Mountain Hot Dog seasoning, one pack of collagen casings and detailed instructions.
Ingredients:
Salt, Corn Syrup Solids, Mustard Flour, Dextrose, Sodium Phosphate Blend, Spice, Sodium Erythorbate, Tricalcium Phosphate, Spice Extractives. 
Bulk size seasons up to 138 lbs. of meat. Please note that casings are not included with the bulk size and must be purchased separately - you can buy bulk seasonings and casings here.
