Hi Mountain Wild Turkey Apple Blend Jerky Kit is created for Turkey hunters and is also great with beef, wild game, poultry, fish, or any meat you choose. Each kit seasons up to 15 lbs. of whole muscle meat or 10 lbs. of ground meat.
Kit includes one package of cure, one package of seasoning, a shaker bottle for easy mixing and detailed instructions.
Bulk size seasons up to 350 lbs. of whole muscle meat or 265 lbs. of ground meat. Please note that cure is not included with the bulk size and must be purchased separately - you can buy bulk seasoning and cure here.
Ingredients: Salt, spice, garlic powder, spice extractives natural and artificial apple flavor with maltodextrin and modified food starch. Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.
